About the role:
Based in London, reporting to the CEO, and sitting on Divido’s executive leadership team, as the CRO you'll will have end-to-end responsibility and ownership for Divido’s commercial performance and more broadly, as part of the senior management team, providing challenge, leadership, strategic insight and advice, leading the translation of the company’s goals into a sound global commercial strategy.
You'll be charged with rapidly building a scalable, best-in-class international enterprise sales, customer success and marketing capability within Divido, leading it to achieve aggressive revenue and growth targets. You'll work with the CEO and board to agree clear targets and KPIs, and putting in place the right structures, processes, methodologies, training programmes, incentives and international rollout plans to deliver against these objectives.
Critically, you'll ensure that their teams work as an integrated unit with a high-performance culture characterised by agility, collaboration, pace, innovation, personal leadership and responsibility, underpinned by data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
A Commercial Leader – You'll have a stellar track record of building, and leading high-performing commercial / sales teams to deliver against aggressive revenue targets. You'll have owned, revenue end-to-end, whilst having operated as, consultative sales leader, capable of (and driven by) closing high-value, strategic, global accounts
A People Leader – You'll have strong record of attracting, developing and retaining high-performing, best-in-class commercial teams, professionalising them for scale and growth. You'll have managed teams across the full sales and marketing mix and delivered exceptional results
Building Scale- You'll have seen a company through a significant period of scale, along with driving double-digit percentage revenue growth and scaling sales organisations. Importantly, you'll be be comfortable with change, pace, ambiguity and the hard work / commitment necessary to ensure that the business achieves its ambitious targets and goals.
A Global Vision – You'll being experience of launching and scaling a proposition into multiple markets and will have managed territories, both more mature as well as rapidly growing ones. Not only will international experience and the right mind-set be important, but so will the ability to travel, as necessary
Blend Strategy with Execution – You'll be a structured and analytical thinker, able to define a clear strategy and ensure that it is implemented effectively at all levels and across multiple markets.
Enterprise SaaS & Software Credentials – You'll have a deep understanding of, and be able to demonstrate, the above within the context of a SaaS & Software business, ideally in aligned businesses as Divido. Bringing a strong understanding of the key success drivers and along with the credibility to operate with enterprise client C-suite
